30-6 Dear Mr. Edison:- I wrote them pursuant to your decision, that you would not execute the documents until the license of April 21, 1891, was approved, and until this proposed new license was also approved. Please note that they have been over a year in approving the last license, and have not done it yet. My own opinions is that if the Board does not attend to its business, that does not furnish a good reason for your sacrificing your personal rights. Very truly yours, [Signed] S.B.
