Letterhead of Bristol Hotel, Burlington Gardens July 15th, 1892 My Dear John, Just a line I send you this proposed agreement which in its new form is changed to our advantage you must not even speak of it. I hope soon to have it completed. You must keep account of what the company owes me it now amounts to over $25,000 twenty five thousand dollars and this I am to get a once after the first sale is completed. This is entirely exclusive of communications & etc but simply for what I have advanced. I want you not to worry I will put this thing through all right. I have not seen Gouraud for months he is entirely out. The Seligman’s have gone to Germany Theodore is no more use than a baby but you must not speak of these things to anyone. I am feeling better but need a rest for I am worked very hard. Will write you next week and tell you how matters are send those new testimonials as soon as possible.
