Dear Sir: I beg to acknowledge receipt of your favor of the 24th inst., enclosing assignment in regard to New England application for patent, Case 96, and note your instructions to deliver the same to the Edison United Phonograph Company upon receiving their written promise to deliver to you an exclusive license for dolls, etc., upon the granting of the patent.
