Dear Sir:- We expect several of our Directors at Mr. Seligman’s office to-morrow November 4th, to consider certain matters in connection with the Company, and your presence is earnestly requested. In addition to which we have a document which we shall present to you for your signature. The writer called you up on the telephone this P.M., and we understand that you will be present.
