E.C. 28th Nov 1892 Dear Sir / Phonographs We enclose a List of Original documents received from you and which we will proceed to examine with a view to preparing the Abstract of Title under Article 14 of the Contract – A good Title must be made out within one month from the date and to enable this to be done it will be desirable that the Abstract should be delivered very shortly Having regard to the fact that the first board meeting of the Corporation is fixed to be held on Thursday; we think it well to remind you of what we have already mentioned verbally that you should obtain from your Company by cable an appointment as Director of the Corporation - This can be followed if necessary by a more formal instrument of appointment but it is desirable that you should have some form of appointment in hand before you take your seat as Director.
