Letterhead: John W. Mackintosh, Boston, Mass. Oct. 27, 1892. Mr. A.O Tate, C/o North American Phonograph Co., Edison Building, Broad St., New York, Dear Sir:- I wrote you yesterday regarding the proposed settlement of difficulties between the Toy Company and the Edison Interests, and this morning am in receipt of your favor of 28th inst regarding same.
