Editor's Notes
14-7640. Father got a letter dated Palatka, Mar. 12, but postmarked Tampa; TAE must have forgotten to send this letter, which must be the missing letter; also found one of my letters to you in Theodore's coat pocket; he must have forgotten to mail it; received your telegram Thursday a.m., the first we'd heard from you in ten days; Although Father and Mother are not home, I think TAE should write too; Father and Mother start tonight for Funiack; hope you will keep them till you come North; Marvin is in NY; don't know when he will be home; Uncle Jacob leaves tomorrow and will meet Father & Mother at Funiack; had a letter from Dr. Vincent; he may visit on the 31st; remember me to [Mrs.] Gilliland and to Dot; father & mother will be with you by end of next week; they will telegraph you. [includes other news of neighbors and family]
