- Editor's Notes
- In future allow Mrs. O.S. Wiley to draw Twenty Dollars per week. You had better credit Wiley at th e end of each week or end of each month wit hthe amount of his salary, and put against it these advances which are made to his wife. The arrangement with Wiley is, that he shall draw at the rate of twenty pounds ($100.00) per month on account of salary, and six pounds ($30.00) per week on account of expenses. I have written Mrs. Wiley to know if she desires to receive this money in the form of a check, or if she will call for it.
