Puskas on 28th Apr agreed through his agent Bailey to release TAE from all obligations under agreement relative to EL in France, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and Russia and TAE executed a contract with James Banker on 2 May re these rights if Banker fails to execute all terms of agreement rights revert back to Puskas
