Regarding Continental Pat set 42; some claims rejected by German pat office. The Co. thinks we should break into 4 separate patents (each embodying one of the claims below). We think the pat covers the important claims, and would be waste of money to file separately for the others. What do you think? TAE marg: "I guess you'll find these are not much good but shall we ask Dyer?"
