- Dear mr. Connery,-- I am very glad to learn from your letter of 10th instant that you are ready to leave for Mexico. I am prepared to give you the machines which you require for your initial work any time that you may call for them.##I enclose hereiwth a formal letter addressed to yourself, which overs the point referred to in yours under reply, regarding the comencement of the three months prescribed in the jointy letter addressed to you by Col. Gouruad and myself, which was not dated, but which I refer to as under date November 7th, 1888, as it was on that day my signature was attached to the same. Yours very truly, (sgd) Thos A Edison
