Summary: These are resolutions of the Board of Directors of the Edison Phonograph Company, date October 24th 1888 Resolved, the execution of an agreement between Edison and the company dated July 17th 1888 is ratified, affirmed and approved. Resolved, the October 12th 1888 agreement between Thomas A. Edison, the Edison Phonograph Company, the Edison Phonograph Company, the Edison Phonograph Works, The North American Phonograph Company and Jesse H. Lippincott, granting a certain license to the Metropolitan Phonograph Company and the New England Phonograph Company, is also ratified, affirmed and approved Resolved, the Secretary of the Company is affixing the corporate seal to the two agreements tate then certifies these resolutions
