Summary: This appears to be a draft of a contract between the Edison Spanish Colonial Light Company and the Havana Electric Light Company, in which the Spanish Colonial Light Company gives the Havana company exclusive license to manufacture, sell and use Letters Patent granted to the former company by Spain, within the territorial limits of Havana. The Havana company is not allowed to sell anything covered by the patents outside of the Province of Havana.
