Sept 20? see 4:79 re mandril for making silk fluffs -- thinks David's phones must have gotten banged up -- pair working okay in Montreal and on Dutton & Townsends line in NY 21/2 miles for 13 days; David must bear with TAE while he finishes machines for making silks properly those made for David with a pair of plyers and two peices of hard rubber; describes how to adjust them; silk resistances machine is ok
