Title
[LB001296], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to Franklin Hodgkins Badger, October 2nd, 1877
Editor's Notes
Thanks Badger for "mica paint" -- used for diaphrgms; least affected by heat and no harmonics; metals "frightfully variable by heat" expansion and contraction so bad in them that "we have entirely altered our way of holding the silk fluff" next phones being made by Murray will be of the new plan
