Abstract

Your favor of the 31st recd. I thinks it it all nonsense about Griest. The E pen beats any treadle ever made. Besides Griests affairs is merely local while the E pen is sold everywhere. Do not abate a jot on royalty. I tell Bliss in letter today that I am satisfied to let the pen stand on its merits until I see somehting more alarming than has yet appeared.
