- [copy in Puskas papers] What arrangements does the French Telephone Co desire to make whereby they will have the benefit of all the new improvements in telephone? I suppose they get them without pay if you have made such an arangement, and if this is the case money should be in Serrells hands to pay for preparing the papers for any improvements which it is desireable to patent in France. I have two improvements that should be patented. ONe patent would cover them. When may I expect to receive the stock of the New Co. Is it ready yet?
