just recd from England a 12 page opinion on his telephone pat 2909 and book written by author of opinion, wants to send these to Wilber for his opinion. "We are going to have litigation over there strong & heavy against these microphone fellows. This book has proven to me that Serrrell's patent was very loosely drawn up."
