Editor's Notes
We send the patterns by express to day for the Dyamo Electric Machine for which you are building the Steam Engine. Please have itcast in your foundry and planed to measurement as per enclosed sketch. blue lines indicate where the surfaces are to be planed-- The whole and the two surfaces marked A & B should be praticularly good and in general we hope the castings will be fair parts to your Engine It is desirable that the Iron is as soft as can be used to make a good casting.
