It is very difficult in the present state of the experiment to give the cost of appratus but I can probably give you an estimate that will approach closely. [follows with an estimate for a 75 lamp plant for a boat and compares with gas -- Shapten is Chief Engineer, N.J. Central Railroad, Steamboat Division]
