Editor's Notes: I approve your arrangements with Fabbri & Chancey in respect to India and with Drexel Morgan & Co with respect to Portugal, New Zealand, New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria; those firms to be guided by their own judgment in determining whether to make exhibition of the Electric Light in those countries in the smae manner as Drexel Morgan & Co may do under my contract with them in repsect to Great Britain; and request you to prepare contracts to set forth more formally the agreement in respect to those countries.
