- I have telegraphed you today asking you if you can be here to testify on Thursday morning next. The lawyers will be here at 10.30, but it will be time enough if you can reach here on the local train stopping here at 11 21 A.M. You can catch this train at New Brunswick by leaving Philadelphia at 9 o'clk on the New York Express. I send you by mail a copy of the testimony so far taken. Your memory may be refreshed by reading it over. I expect to hear from you this afternoon by telegraph.
