- Editor's Notes
- I have your favor of 12 inst with letter of introduction from Mr Rhodes I note your remarks as to improvement of the articulation of my phonograph but as the whole of my time is now absorbed by the practical development of my Electric Light here in New York I am unable to give mmy attention to any other subject. I hope however that at some future date I shall have an opportunity of taking the matter up again. You refer to your friend Mr Swans success with his Electric Light invention. Haave you considered for a moment whther Mr Swan has any claim whatever to the lamp which he purports to use as his and are you aware that it is agross infringement of anothers invention i.e. my own.
