- I have much pleasure on acknowledging receipt of your favour of 11th April.##I shall make an exhibition and test at the coming Paris Exposition of Electrocity and that Edison Electric Light Coy of Europe who own the Patents for the European Continent will have an office in Paris after August & September I will then be happy to [receive] propositions from the different European Bankers##I most heartily thank you for the compliment you pay me by printing my article from the North American Received on "The Successes of the Electric Light" in your Supplement Volume. The best [------] which your representatives at Paris will doubtless see in the autumn will I [continue] to [hope] again [I am] for me the powerful assistance of the "Deutsch [yestung]"
