- Editor's Notes
- I have yours of 25th Sept##There is nothing in the Sprague matter as we do not intend to use the Beam meters and Spragues Patent is invalid on account of the fact that he does not show enough for anyone highly skilled in the art to make a working meter. His English Patent was given to me as a reference in this matter and was decided not to be a good reference and no one in the Patent Office could make it work##My application for England where the copper is weighed was filed in England before Sprague filed his application.##The United States Co will reject buying the Patent as I shall beat them on Interference##What do you mean by this "He (Sprague) has an idea he sold his patent to Edison." It looks bad Some one has been misrepresenting you better get at the facts
