Editor's Notes: I am very much obliged to you for your favour of 10th calling atention to the lighting of the Baldwin Loco. Works.##I understand that the plant was sold to the Baldwin sLoco Works in precisely the same way as we would sell to anyone else. If they like to put an Arc Light in competition with us we can hardly prevent them. [Above] [oasis] it is a competition I am not at all afraid of as I know I can get more effective light for $1.00
