If you take the responsibility as to any trouble hereafter due to bringing both mains up to the Sidewalk all right. Upon such a condition I will give my consent but I want it distinctly understood that I do not at all believe it is the right course to pursue and that a little more brain power on the part of someone would devise means and methods whereby this would be totally unnecessary. Perhaps you may be able to see a way of doing it. I think that about six or eight hours solid thinking on this thing is what is required.
