- [Business] Yehl. leaves here today for London with meters. He will put these in operation for you instruct men in the working of them and then proceed to [---] to perform the same work there.##The terms on which he has gone are as follows: his expenses are to be paid from here to London & he is to receive a salary (payable from the date of his arriving in London) of L7 a week out of this amount to he is to pay his board expenses &c.##When he has got through with his work in London please send him to Mr Batchelor at Paris.##I have advanced him $50 on account of his expenses which amount he must get credit for [as] settling with you & have also provided him with S. S. ticket to Liverpool
