Your favor of 14th inst came to hand this morning.##The Western Electric Manufacturing Coy have never rendered me any account at all of the Royalty due me under the Agreement. Mr. Insull has seen Mr. Wells, who went to Australia for the W. E. Mfg. Co., several times and he said that a paying business is being done so there must be some royalty due. I have however written the Western Electric today and will write you again as soon as I get a reply
