- Editor's Notes
- Your letter of the 29th ult., and account for 20 in the magneto coil interferences received. I have turned the bill over to Mr Insull. Mr Edison will be ready to commence to take testimony on the 17th as you propose. You can give notice for that time at this office and name as principal witnesses John Kruesi, Charles Wurth, W. H. Sawyer W. E. Anderson, and John Ott. I cannot tell what copies we will want, since Major Wilson has the papers and he has not put in an appearance yet this morning. For your own use, you better get complete copies of evrything from the Patent Office and charge them in your next account. Mr Edison has signed the agreement with the Bell Telephone Co., for an assignment on his part if he is successful, and a royalty from them based on some condition. They are to pay expenses of interference but Mr Edison has the selection of Attorney, and the bills will be paid by him. I shall go to the park with Mr. Edison in a day or two to look up exhibits in interferences.
