Abstract

I think the best arrangement at Newark would be to appoint Holzer as Superintendent of manufacturing while Bradley should retain his present charge of the [fibre] [drafting] and in addition have charge of all [receiver] & motive power##I am very anxious that everything should run smoothly and believe that Holzers interest with us is the best guarantee against their having any friction him and Bradley
