Title
[LB012121], Letter from Samuel Insull to T D Hodges, April 20th, 1882
Editor's Notes
I beg to acknowledge receipt of your favor of 19th & in reply would state that the lots you refer to were enclosed entirely without Mr Edisons knowledge as it was done at a time when he was in Florida. Your clients ideas as to price are so far above what the property is worth that it seems almost useless to talk about prices. Are they inclined to rent & if so how much per lot.##Mr Edison is so sick just now that it is quite impossible for him to attend to any business, but if your clients are at all reasonable I will close with them failing which the fence shall be removed
