Referring to the various orders that your Company has sent to me & the orders that I am likely to receive from you i the future I shall be glad if you will make the necessary arrangements for me to obtain payment upon the goods being ready for shipment.##You should either give me a general authority to [----] on you and sight or authorize some New York bankers to pay the amount of my invoice on presentation of this writing. I have bills amounting to $6907.50 against you but am unable to get a settlement in consequence of Drexel Morgan & Co refusing to pay on the grouond that they have no authority to do so
