I am duly in receipt of your favor of 21st ult together with [Indent] of your requirements. Upon the receipt of your detail shipping directions I will give the necessary instructions for the shipment to be made at such date as you may desire. As I have to pay for all goods on shipment I desire that you make the necessary arrangements to have my bills met here in New York on presentation of Invoices & Bills of Lading. I would suggest that you instruct Messrs Drexel Morgan & Co of this City to honor my sight draft on you for the amouont of my bills.##As to the extra "B" Z armatures you have on hand I cannot at present undertake to relieve you of them as I have myself a stock of them on hand but when, at some future time, I shall doubtless be able to make some satisfactory arrangement with you.##I give you elsewhere my latest prices which I trust will prove satisfactory to you.
