Please discharge immediately all the men under your charge except Alfrid Swanson (whom I want to attend the fires run the engines & the Dynamos for Rail Road) the two men engaged on Carbon mould for Lamp Factory and the night watchman who must be paid watchmans wages & all Engineers wages as he has no Engineers work to do now. As soon as the present order for moulds is finished the men working on them are to be discharged
