Title
[LB014352], Letter from Samuel Insull to George Frederick Barker, October 27th, 1882
Editor's Notes
Your favor of 25th inst came to hand yesterday & I note what you say as to the Draft of letter to the Board of Trustees of Columbia College.##Mr. Edison was in error when he informed you that some "E" machines were in process of manufacture as none have been built since the "shop Order" for the lot of which Mr Draper had one. As soon as we make more of them I will see that one is sent you. If I can find one not in use I will have the Armature rewound & the machine sent to you.##The Central Station is running all right About 1000 more lights will be cut in next Monday & another 1000 a little later
