I enclose you herewith letter addressed to me by Mr Chas. T. Porter and also copy of a letter which he writes me he has addressed to you.##There is no truth whatever in Mr Porters statements. The engines we have received from the Southwark Foundry and Machine Co. are not in accordance with contract and as soon as we can get other Engines we are going to take the Porter engines out of our central Station here.
