Title
[LB015088], Letter from Samuel Insull to Armington and Sims, December 29th, 1882
Editor's Notes
Both yesterday and the day before I wired you at length inquiring about probable date of delivery of two B. engines for Belgium and also as to deliveries of Central Station engines. For some cause which I cannot understand you have not answered my inquiries nor even acknowledged receipt of my dispatches. I have again wired you today and have also wired Gov. Howard asking him to see that my telegram to you receives attention##I should not wire to you if it were not necessary to have the information asked for. I have three cables from Europe which have been waiting for reply since my first telegram to you and it is very annoying to us not to be able to reply promptly to our correspondents inquiries.
