Title
[LB016137], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to Western Edison Light Co, George Harrison Bliss, April 12th, 1883
Editor's Notes
Your favor of 9th came duly to hand.##I think the Western Coy should bear the expense of an Exhibit at the Railway Exhibition as it will most decidely benefit them more than anyone else.##The Isolated Co bore the expense of the exhibition at Boston from which every one of our Companies derive benefit 7 they are going to exhibit at the Louisville Exhibition & you will derive benefit from that as much as they will. If you decide to exhibit you should make a good display at least 350 lights.##As to an Electric Rail Road Exhibit I cannot give the time necessary to do it properly, & I therefore think we shall have to give up the idea.
