Referring to your enquiry for our prices for Electric Light apparatus for report I beg to quote as follows ##Arc Light##40 Light Machine $4687##20 Light Machine $2750##10 Light Machine $1590##Arc Lamps each $56##Incandescent Light##350 Light Machine $4687##150 Light Machine $2750##75 Light Machine $1590##Each Incandescent Lamp is equal to two gas jets & would cost $1.25 each engine##The engine we use in connection with our System is that built by Armington & Sims of Providence & our prices are as follows##Engine for 40 Arc Lghts or 350 Incandescent Light [Eng]##Engine for 20 Arc Lights or 150 Incandescent Light [Eng]9.50##Engine for 10 Arc Lights or 75 Incandescent Light [Eng]9.50##These engines run at very high speeds and should only be sent to places where skilled Engineers can be obtained. In other places I would propose sending engines of lower speed of which prices would be as follows:-##Engine for 40 Arc Light or 350 Incandescent Lights $1350##Engine for 20 Arch Light or 150 Incandescent Lights $112.75##Engine for 10 Arch Light or 75 Incandescent Lights $112.75##Sundries##I will supply sockets shades & other sundries at the prices named in Bergmann & Cos Catalogue copy of which I hand you herewith##General##Any orders you may have I would suggest you send up to me & I will give you a detailed estimate of what I think should be sent.##The above prices are all quoted F.O.B.
