- Jets any power can be used we get a definite number candles each horse power. Overhead system generally half cost underground. We should not close contract any event until Superintendent Tube Company goes over Ground. He leaves for Evansville tonight believe we can save several thousand dollars probability can use part of each system. Extra underground from Cherry to College five thusand five hundred, overhead about half this. I advise Thirty-two hundred plant to get cream business and Afterwards extend. This would reduce estimate to about fifty eight thousand
