I am in receipt of your favors of the 14th and 16th, the latter covering plans of Central station as drawn by Mr. Mullen. If the station is erected in the manner that Mr Mullen proposes there will be no room whatever for the extension of our plant should the demand for light at Shamokin at any time outgrow our present capacity. I certainly think that the building should be put up in the manner laid down on the plan that I supplied you with, as if that is done you will be able to extend the plant at any time without interfering with the lighting of our present district. I would urge on you to close your contracts for the erection of your part of the work at the earliest possible date. My Supt leaves for Sunbury, to start a building there, tomorrow night and it would be a very great convenience to have my part of the work at Shamokin done as we [illegible text]
