Editor's Notes: I hear from my Inspectors that the installation the United States Electric Light Co are putting on the bridge is being carried out in a very bad manner. It is possible you may have a panic on the bridge from the lights going out at night when it is crowded. It would be well to look into the matter. The expert of the New York Board of Fire Underwriters, or some one familiar with the business should inspect it compell them to make it safe.
