- Your favours of 22nd & 23rd to hand.##We can wire the Houses you refer & I will have an estimate prepared tomorrow, today being a holiday. We may however have to run pole lines up High Street##Mr Edison says you can without fear undertake to light up by 15th Sept. I think there is no doubt but what you will be able to do so long before this##I am daily expecting the redetermination of the Conductors & shall then send on revised estimate. Meantime no time is being lost. We are making arrangements for our material for the work which when once started will be done quickly.##Since you were here we have made arrangements so that our own men will put up the Building & all other brick work & the Supt of this work will also attend to the erection of Boilers Steam Engines &.c. This will greatly expedite the work
