I am in receipt of your favor of yesterdays date enclosing contract between the Edison Illuminating Co of Brockton and myself, duly executed by you as Treasurer of the Company.##I have also your cheque for $7766.25 being 25% of the amount of the contract payable on the signing of the agreement, and for which accept my thanks.##My Supt. leaves for Brockton to start the work either tonight or tomorrow night.
