Gouraud a request that I would obtain from the holders of the shares of the Oriental Telephone Co., Limited, now resident in America, their proxies to enable him or Mr. John P. Bigelow to vote on their behalf at any meeting of the Oriental Company that may be held within the next two months I enclose you herewith forms of proxy for yourself, Messrs. A. M. Bell, Gardner G. Hubbard, George Ballachey, Francis Blake, R. D. Smith, Sumner Tainter and S. A.
