Referring to the notice of meeting of the stockholders of the Electric Tube Co., sent you this day, I shall be glad if you will sign and return to me the enclosed memorandum.##The reason for calling a meeting so hurriedly is that it is necessary that the contract proposed to be made between the Tube Co. and the Edison Electric Light Co. must be considered prior to the meeting of the stockholders of the latter Company, which takes place on the 26th. inst##Copy of above sent to Chas Batchelor##T.
