Batchelor 2850 Shares##Edward Hibbard Johnson 1385 Shares##Will you please send me undertakings in the name of your Firm addressed to each of the above gentleman stating that you hold the Stock for their account and that you have sent same to Europe for purposes of transfer and voting.##The delay in sending you the stock is owing to the fact that I was compelled to get the Transfer certified by Notary Public and British Consular Officer
