Editor's Notes: Referring to your favor of the 5th. Enclosing letter from Japan which I return herewith, I beg to state that a short timeago we made an arrangement with Frazar & Co. of 123 Front Street to deal with Mr. Edison's electric light interests in China and Japan. I think that the best way would be for you to confer with in relation to the matter when your Mr. Dyer calls. The gentleman who wrote the letter from Tokio is Fujioka. Exactly how to pronounce it, I do not know.
