Herewith I beg to hand you signed releases in duplicate from myself to the following companies, the Edison Electric Illuminating Co. of Mt. Carmel, the Edison Electric Illuminating CO. of Bellefonte and the Edison Electric Illuminating Co. of Sunbury. You will please deliver to the above companies the release to them, on their signing the duplicate to be returned to me, on their making settlement as follows: ## The Edison Electric Illunminating CO. of Bellefonte. From this Company you are to receive three notes at two, four and six months, payable to my order, and each for two hundred and fifty ($250) dollars. ## The Edison Electric Illuminating CO. of Sunbury. From this company you are to receive sixteen hundred and fifty ($1,650) dollars in the capital stock fo the company at par. Immediately the arrangements are completed for the extension of this station, I agree to surrender to you my total holding in the Sunbury CO., namely, Sixty One and Fifty One Hundredths shares, and to accept stock in the re-organised Company for Thirty and Seventy Five One Hundredths shares, the par value of the new stock being $100. ## Edison Electric Illuminating CO. of Mt. Carmel. From this company you are to obtain Twenty Four Hundred ($2,400) dollars in full paid unassessable stock, not subject to any call whatsoever. ## On obtainining the notes and securities, you will please return them to me, together with releases signed by the above companies, properly executed by them.
